No passengers are on board Anthem at the moment.  She is currently in the Atlantic heading to Cape Liberty.  First cruise out of Cape Liberty is Nov. 8.  The concierge may or may not change upon her arrival.

We were on the beginning of Oct and the concierge was Federico but he was leaving before Anthem went to the US as he didn't have the correct visa. Not sure who was replacing him.

I recently heard thru the grapevine that Ricardo is still on Oasis until January 2022.

This is the correct email address as I exchanged emails with Federico when my attempt to book Covid tests failed.

 

Federico was due to leave on 20thOctober - he had an 'understudy' for two days at the end of my last cruise but I'm afraid I cannot remember his name.
