My parents called to reprice a cruise today and were asked multiple times if they were sure they wanted to reprice because you can only reprice once. I told them that their agent was probably misinformed as my CVP tells me to keep an eye out for a lower price and to call him immediately each time. What do the experts here think? sasset Posted November 10, 2021 #7 Share Posted November 10, 2021 They should be sure they tell the agent no changes other than to reprice their current reservation as is. A few years ago I called for a reprice and in the process the agent changed us to a no refund deposit.
