That's the rule. It shouldn't matter whether you think you can get away with more. Children do that, not responsible adults. 

I assume you have never driven 36 in a 35 zone?

Yes, Aquaclass is worth an extra $350 total cabin upgrade from Concierge Class. The Thermal suite is the part of the spa that has co-ed areas that includes steam and sauna rooms and heated tile loungers. With Aquaclass you have unlimited use of those facilities that usually require an extra daily or weekly fee.
