We were not really sure it was Eric Lopez.  #597 was asking if it could be Eric Lopez.  I was talking to some people on the Voyager this week and they all said the CD only introduced himself as "Eric from Mexico."

I did some digging, reaching out to some sources and I was told it was Eric Rodas.   Eric Lopez I was also told is on vacation.

John Blair takes over on February 18th.

Victor is from Brazil and is an excellent AM.  He was very present on the Fall TA, did the run down of events on the Morning show every day and is a really nice fella.   Glad he has been given the opportunity to cover as CD as he helped saved many events on the TA.

Yes, “this Victor” was one of the best CDs I’ve ever had on the Brilliance TA. He was everywhere - very personable and visible and interacted with the guests. He has a different approach and could be seen around and about in the bars etc until very late at night. I have no idea when he slept!

IIRC, he was on the Wonder Maiden Voyage.  He was the instructor in one of the dance classes.  I remember thinking he sort of reminded me of Mark Ballas (Dancing with the Stars).

I agree, Victor is very personable and very visible around the ship.  I loved his Tuxedo T-shirt he wore on formal nights!! Lol

Someone suggested I make a chart for AMs too.  Seeing how challenging it is to keep up with updates for the CD list, I think I’ll pass… for now.

There used to be a thread with the AMs on it but it hasnt restarted since the lockdowns.  The AMs changed that often it would be hard to keep up.

 

In the last 4 years twice I have had AMs that were better than the CDs - Victor being one of them and Talita Leoni who is now the CD on Grandeur.
