Promotions w/bid Balcony to Suite

Trying to understand this completely before I consider it an option.  I have a balcony booked with the indulge package.  If I successfully upgrade to an SS, I will keep the indulge package and pay a bit extra in tips.  The suite perks do not come with a bid upgrade?  I was hoping if I won a bid, I'd get refunded the indulge package, but that doesn't seem to be the case.  For my cruise, there are no SS available at this time.  TYIA

You are correct you would keep the indulge package.   You would get Retreat Lounge/MC and Luminae but no suite/Retreat booking perks including complementary Indulge package.
