Log into NCL

Go to Summary

Click on any of the cruise day tabs to the right of Itinerary Overview

There's a button "Print Booked Items"

Click on it, and it'll show all add-ons along with your booked excursions

This was reported earlier hitting multiple platforms - https://www.theverge.com/2021/12/7/22822332/amazon-server-aws-down-disney-plus-ring-outage

 

One of the niece's POS cloud server among others were down in the late afternoon, recovered and froze again, up & running but remained sluggish into the early evening.  Messaging were down.    

 

Check again in the morning & give IT time to restore, reboot & recover - if still no success, call in ...
