Best relatively cheap plan for Nassau with kids

I have a 5 and 9 year old. Looking for things to do in Nassau that are relatively affordable and would interest them. Is the Pirate Museum a safe walk and good for that age group? Don’t want a beach day since we have Castaway Cay the next day. We might just stay on the ship, but I didn’t want to pass up the opportunity for some exploring. Im open to formal excursions too if they won’t break the bank.
