Alcohol waiver for 18-Year old on Escape

Hi all. I seem to remember from old forum topics that you can go to customer service and sign a waiver and get a beer/wine package for your 18-year old and up. Does anyone know if that is still the case? Secondarily, since we are in the Haven, can that be done with the concierge? or still need to go to customer service?

You can sign a waiver to allow them to order beer and wine, but no package. My 19 and 20 year olds were both #2 in the cabins and only got the soda package.

This is correct, did it a few years ago.

Agree. No package, but can order as needed from bars, etc. In fact, on Escape last week, all the signs just said things like "with parental approval" (a waiver likely) or "with parent present".
