Any chance you could post that photo showing the open sofa bed and open bunk bed in that smaller bedroom?  That's the best photo of that I've seen, and captures the size of the room well.

It’s not my pic rather than someone elses but here it is copied directly to this thread. Hopefully one day someone can find it beneficial when wondering about the room size (the room truly is veeeeery small).

Thanks very much.  This should be really helpful for those who are considering this room for anything other than a child or two (or maybe 3?) or one adult.  Or for two "not very large" adults who are very friendly or where one can sleep in the bunk.

 

Having the complete separation of a second bedroom (and one with a full bathroom), vs. a sleep sofa in the living room, can make a huge difference.

No foot rest - solution bring that small coffee table in from the balcony and use it.
