Check in Questions

I'm all checked in for my Jan 29 cruise on Symphony and everything looks good on the app and online. But they sent me an email that says my cruise is tomorrow and to complete my health questions? They have the date correct on my Set Sail pass, so I'm not too worried over this, just thought it was odd.

 

Our arrival time is 11:30, I think that's the earliest boarding time. When should we plan to be at the port?

 

This is our first cruise with Royal and I'm so excited!

I would not arrive at the port anymore than 15 minutes early with the new enforced check in times

Exactly 24hrs before your assigned boarding time there is a health questionnaire that needs to be completed in the Royal app.
