Is it anywhere in writing that if you get a negative PRC test on your own taken no more than 96 hours before sailing, and then test positive at the port, that you will receive a refund?

 

I was told that over the phone by a NCL cruise consultant, but can't find it anywhere in writing.

The pre-cruise PCR or antigen test only affects whether you receive assistance ($$$ to cover quarantne costs above and beyond what your insurance pays) from NCL if you test positive at check-in. It has nothing to do with your FCC refund.
