Fishing excursion for 3 late September

Im looking for some referrals for fishing excursions for 3 for a late September Cruise.  We are hitting all the ports, but this is one request by my husband and boys.  Thank you for your help this is a bit overwhelming reading through all the posts.  Thank you.

You should be aware that if you catch halibut and Fed Ex it home, it will be the most expensive fish that you have ever eaten.  Delicious but expensive.
