That would totally depend on your parking lot operator. I'd suggest looking at your parking contract verrryyyy closely. It may have a refund clause. But....maybe not.
firefly333 Posted January 5, 2022 #3 Share Posted January 5, 2022 Carnival does not cover any of your costs outside of the ship itself. My parking says $25 per week canc fee. Someone suggested if I test positive I ask the parking lot if I can move it. I have parking and hotels paid in advance myself.
Guest BasicSailor Posted January 6, 2022 #4 Share Posted January 6, 2022 (edited) While I paid for parking (25$ a day) in Miami at the port a few months back. I feel it would have been a hassle to get a refund if I had prepaid. Flying is not an option for us as I feel it could be delayed or even canceled flights, who wants to quarantine in the city if you can't board a plane. With this virus it's a risk you take anyways. travelplus Posted January 8, 2022 #5 Share Posted January 8, 2022 Call up Parking Company and ask them to hold your paid amount as a credit if you know you will cruise soon. If not ask for a one time refund Gesture of Goodwill. If not call your credit card and ask them to Dispute it.
