Per Cruise Mapper- Gem now heading to St. Maarten and will visit on 1/13 at 9:30am-  Dropping Grand Turk and St. Thomas..  Is anyne on the Gem currently?  Would love Live updates, going on the 1/19 Sailing out of NYC

Hi! Currently on the Gem, correct that both Grand Turk and St. Thomas have been dropped. No additional ports added, they just went to sea days on those two days. $50 per person credit total. 🙄

Magenta dining room hasn’t been open, but other than that all seems to be functioning as usual.

Any entertainment or production shows been cancelled yet-  how are the Seas...

How well stocked is the onboard gift shop and duty-free shops with merchandise, cigarette & liquor are always popular, as well as cosmetics - although prices have been creeping up over the years ... 

 

Rather salvage and spent those OBC instead.  WiFi working and not bad since everyone with a package is surfing ?  Any idea with onboard occupancy level ?

I’m on board and heard from some staff that there are 900 passengers aboard.

production shows have been happening (sort of )so far - Yesterday was a comedian, today a country-western show.  Seas were definitely a bit rough night 1- day 2, but not unmanageable. I get pretty seasick, and was able to

Testing is at pier 88, ship is at pier 90.

Actually, it is the other way around. Pretty short walk between the two.
