They seem to be very slow right now. My shareholder benefit was dropped when my cruise (10/2022) was re-fared (that seems to happen when a re-fare occurs). Resent the shareholder benefit form via e-mail 10 days ago with no action. Resent it again yesterday. If nothing happens, I‘ll try faxing.

I re-fared  via chat a couple of weeks ago and the shareholder benefit credit disappeared.  I called them again on chat and they reinstated it within minutes.  

I initially Snail mailed it to them.  I didn’t know about the email.

I emailed my form a couple weeks ago on a Tuesday and the OBC showed up on Friday. This last week I re-fared and changed cabins and the OBC fell off. I emailed it again on Wednesday and I’m waiting for it to reappear. It seems strange that it drops off when there is a re-fare. Perhaps a glitch in their system.
