Roatan, tender???

I'm looking at a cruise for May that stops at Roatan, and I notice that is has Roatan listed as a tender port.  I've been to Roatan plenty of times, and I've never tendered.  Did something change there?

NCL used to tender regularly but i thought since the new pier opened they were now docking, unless something has changed since shutdown.
 

This was just discussed on another thread and I remembered that NCL has a webcam on the ship. You should be able to monitor what is happening on a previous sailing?

Looked at the ship camera this morning. They do in fact dock at the pier in Coxen Hole. I was waiting for the NCL Breakaway to pull in today and check their camera.
