Bonaire Scuba Recommendations

Hello.  I am looking for Dive Shop recommendations for Bonaire.  I know VIP Diving is very popular unfortunately they are full for the date we are there.  Thanks!

I've made two trips there where I dove with Buddy Dive for a week each time. I was completely satisfied with my experience.

Check out Dive Friends.  We have used them several times and have never been disappointed.

I dive with Buddy every year and would highly recommend them, except:

1.  They are not within walking distance of the cruise port;

2.  Sometimes they are the cruise ship's shore excursion dive operator and so they might not have room for you on their boats.

 

Divi Dive is within an easy walk of the cruise port.  You can rent dive gear there and dive right off their beach, or you can book space on one of their dive boats.  When I cruised to Bonaire several years ago, Divi required advance booking to use their facilities. They are a full service resort with a dive shop, beach, and restaurant.

 I second Dive Friends Bonaire.  Had a great experience with them last March on an NCL Epic sailing.
