Cruises using port in San Juan

Has Carnival or any cruiseline resumed using the port in Puerto Rico?  I am booked on the a Mardi Gras on March 12th.

I see on Vessel Finder a cruise ship, Viking Sea, was there yesterday for whatever that's worth. But maybe Viking has onboard testing for all I know.

I see USA Today reporting that Puerto Rico announced last Sunday that they were relaxing the entrance requirements. I'd expect cruises may resume by March, if still showing as scheduled.

We're booked for March 20th...so I'm hoping so.
