I love this idea, and am wondering how to contact these individuals. I'm taking my Girl Scout troop on a cruise on Radiance on June 3-7, and we'd love to set up an opportunity with any of the officers to meet with the girls, but don't know who to contact about this!

You can try to contact them ahead of time but it is risky because 1) the officer could change, 2) they could forget or 3) Murphy’s Law will find a way.  My advice is to write an invitation to each (their office rather than name like Captain, Cruise Director, Hotel Manager, etc) and when you get on board ask an officer to please take it to the right person.  I suggest one at a time so you don’t just rely on one officer to deliver all.  Tell them where and when you’d like to meet or ask them to contact you to tell you when it would be convenient (be sure to include your name and cabin # and why).  Bet they will respond.

Or just do a google image search...I have never been so cute and creative personally, but it does make it easier to find your room.  I know they have the text feature on the HUB but if for any reason you guys don't plan to utilize that feature having dry erase boards on door can help too to leave notes like "we are at the pool" or whatnot.

Be aware that whiteboards tend to occasionally collect, um, "colorful graffiti" at times from enterprising drunk people...😂
