Carnival Cheers program included in offer code

We have a casino offer code (FJ6 - Jackpot Deal) on Carnival which include "Drinks everywhere on the ship" for the one booking the cruise, but not for the 2nd guest. How do I buy the Cheers program for the second guest? I tried online, but it wants to charge for both in the cabin. I called my PVP and she couldn't book it for me. She suggested the Fun Shop. I called the Fun Shop and she said that both already should have the Cheers program ( we don't) and she said she couldn't charge just one. Anyone else have this issue?

I have the same issue. I contacted Carnival and they said once I’m on the ship they can look up my account and see my husband has the free drink package in his booking. Then they’ll let me buy the drink package for just myself. But I can’t do it online right now because the system is not setup to do it for one person. That’s a bummer because it’s 10% cheaper if you buy it before the cruise.

Could the other person possibly have a DOU offer? In December we both booked under our own individual casino offers, so we both got the drinks everywhere and casino credit. Once you're on board I think they will figure it out.

Yeah, we have the same issue for our June cruise.  My PVP didn't have any suggestions, so my niece who doesn't have the deal but wants CHEERS is just going to have to take care of it onboard and pay the extra 10%.  Don't know any other way of doing it.

Had the same issue on the 01/17/2022 Sunshine cruise.  Had to buy the Cheers package for my wife on the ship.  I went to the Atrium bar and they got a manager over there to "override" the system and allow for one purchase once they verified I had DOU on the entire ship.  Hope this helps.  No 10% discount.....but maybe guest services can apply that since you had no opportunity to purchase it ahead of time?  I never thought to ask for the discount!

My wife had the drinks everywhere offer, but they only extended the drinks on us in the casino to me.  I am not a big drinker so I didn't purchase cheers.  Remember in Galveston drinks everywhere will not start as soon as you board.  We had to wait until about an hour after the casino opened.

I saw a cheers included offer but the pricing was about the same as buying it separate.  Was yours an actual free cheers?

The drinks on us everywhere offer from the casino is, to my knowledge, legitimately free, not counting your gambling losses.  There are also non-casino rate codes that bundle in Cheers, but the marketing algorithm decides whether that's darn close to free (RU1?) or more expensive then purchasing Cheers separately (RU9).

Also, for the OP, the casino people told me in writing that my cabinmate would be allowed to buy cheers for just themselves onboard, but did mention we wouldn't be able to do it in advance because they couldn't only sell one if there are two adults in the cabin.
