PLF for Hamburg Germany

I am trying to complete this for QM2 visit on Sunday.

I get as far as step 6 when the form asks

"Please enter the addresses where you'll be staying in Germany for the 10 days following entry into the country."

 

and requests postcodes street names etc.Completion of this is obligatory.

 

Any ideas?

I have just got to that exact same point in the form and also stuck. Mandatory fields so cannot bypass and click next.

Any replies appreciated.

Same here.. there is a paper version you can print and fill in which asks for address in Germany IF APPLICABLE..

I would have thought  Cunard QM2 and the address of the Cruise Terminal . Is there anything in the "before you sail" section that shows the address or guide to fill in the form?

Ok my experience wasnt on Cunard but I just finish a 5 days Rhein cruise yesterday. I filled it with the ship name were I was and the cruise line address. It worked well to me.

I just tried to complete form on my laptop, but got error message "an error occurred while transmitting your data, please try again"....  it worked when I tried on my phone however.... you then have to upload a pic of your covid vax proof..

I  got that error message the first time i tried. it was because it took too long to complete the form . Started again and all was well.

I uploaded the pdf i got from NHS app

I was aware we needed a PLF form. Cunard didn't tell me that .

Better fill one in just in case

You should have received an email from Cunard last saturday with a link to the German PLF- email titled "Final preparations for your voyage" or similar..

Phew, thank you for this thread, which has been enormously helpful for me! Think I've done everything on the list now, and looking forward to our first Cunard cruise tomorrow!
