rolloman Posted February 22, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 22, 2022 When you use the credit does it only cover room charges and not tax and port fees? For instance if you have a $1000.00 credit and the new cruise is $800, is it true you only get to use $800.00 and fees and port charges must come out of your pocket? In essence you lose 200 bucks in the transaction.

You do not lose $200 on your initial cruise taxes and fees were refunded. The $200 will be reissued as another fcc.
