mellon1 Posted February 28, 2022 #1 Share Posted February 28, 2022 I have two questions 1. I have an account on my phone, my husband does not have an Iphone, so I entered his with mine. My question is, do I have to enter and load a separate medallion app on line? It shows him as green for boarding and also me 2. The first cruise is showing as green, but the others I linked are showing travel info needed. Am I ok as we will be on the ship for the first trip and I assume Princess will work that out? Help. Rare Rick&Jeannie Posted February 28, 2022 #2 Share Posted February 28, 2022 Once you actually get on board there is next to nothing that *must* be done with the app. Since you say he is "showing green" then you apparently have dotted all the "Is" and crossed all the "Ts" as far as he is concerned. He of course, will get his own physical medallion on board to open the cabin door and order items as needed. Regarding #2 above...Quite a bit of info does NOT carry over from cruise to cruise.
