Room Service

Will be on Oasis this weekend.  What are rules for room service now?  Surcharge for full breakfast and 18% grat?  Also what about just cookies and milk?  18% gratuity on all room service?  Please advise.  Thanks!

There is a delivery charge for all room service other than "continental breakfast".  I believe the charge is $7.95 (per delivery, not per item delivered).  I usually tip a couple dollars in cash for any kind of room service.

Just looking at my recent January Cruise Compass from Navigator and it says.

 

"Room service is complimentary for breakfast from 6:00am-11:00am. For all other

mealtimes, a convenience fee of $7.95 + 18% gratuities applies."

 

I also thought only the "continental breakfast" was complimentary and a hot food order there was

a charge but now according to this ... has there been a change?

Yes, it changed at the restart, presumably to try and reduce crowds in the WJ.

 

It may yet change back though, as normality returns.

We usually get room service hot breakfast every morning.

Good news if the service charge has been removed.
