Manhattan cruise pier, luggage drop off

Does anyone know of we can drop off our bags then go back to explore the High Line.  Our checkin time is 2.30 but we want to drop off our bags at about 10am with NCL

Yes, you can drop off the bags you're going to check. You'll have to take your carry on bags with you because there's no place to temporarily store them at the cruise terminal.
