On the Bliss …. stuck at the port.

We were supposed to depart 2 hours ago.  At that time the captain said that we would be delayed 15-30 minutes awaiting clearance. Now it’s over 2 hours later and he just now said he doesn’t know when that’s going to be …. 🤔

Looks like it finally got underway about 10 minutes ago. Wonder what the problem might have been to cause a three hour delay in departing?

I don't know if this would have an effect but, I did see the transport bus with the bliss sign at LAX this morning so I had the ship on my brain. Then thought about the ship this afternoon when it was windy as it can be in Los Angeles. Not sure what effects the ship but it was very windy gusting this afternoon/ evening. others would know better then me, but that was one thing happening in LA today.

I am at the Q&A with the Captain - the delay was a missing crew member. He said the authorities were notified, had to board and start an investigation. He said they were very thorough but they still do not know if it was an absconder or…

Any idea how booked the Bliss is? we are on it on the 3rd of April

WOW!!!!  It has been a long time since I have about something like that.  Prayers for them, thier families and their shipmates.

It was 2100 passengers for both the March 13 and the March 20 cruises.  2500 this week.
