csm5986142 Posted March 29, 2022 #2 Share Posted March 29, 2022 Thank you - now I know what to expect next week. Actually, I kind of already knew...I tried to book a steakhouse reservation about 3 weeks prior and it was pretty much sold out already.
Itried4498 Posted March 29, 2022 #3 Share Posted March 29, 2022 We're in peak spring break. Things will settle down in a few weeks...
WorkerBee74 Posted March 30, 2022 #4 Share Posted March 30, 2022 (edited) When was your cruise or is this right now? Also maybe it crazy if a show just let out, not sure when they are. Will see what it's like next week I guess! We eat late so I'll just know we need to check early haha. Edited March 30, 2022 by WorkerBee74
Cherries Jubilee Posted March 30, 2022 #5 Share Posted March 30, 2022 Thanks for the heads up! I’m boarding Mardi Gras Saturday.
tallyho8 Posted April 1, 2022 #6 Share Posted April 1, 2022 I was on the Mardi Gras in August and it was only 75% full. There were no long waits and you could usually get a seat in most places but it felt full. I decided that I never want to go a cruise on the Mardi Gras after the pandemic when it sails full again.
tampabrat22 Posted April 1, 2022 #7 Share Posted April 1, 2022 Yeah we sailed on Mardi Gras mid December and it was at full capacity, super packed.😐

Yes we are sailing no matter what the percentage is but it would be nice if the ship was not at full capacity.

Rare ninjacat123 Posted April 7, 2022 #14 Share Posted April 7, 2022 If you find the specialty venues on MG sold out or crazy long with their wait times, check out Emeril's! The food is so good, nice portions and not expensive. I wish we would have had more meals there.
