Tell us which ports you will be going to.

Santorini is famed for having one of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. You may want to check with the tour operator that you won't be on a bus heading back to the ship and miss out on the sunset. Been there done that. It wasn't a big deal for me but I felt sad for the people trying to take a photo with their telephoto lens through the tour bus glass windows while it's moving.

Are you going to Ephesus?  Highly recommend Ephesus Shuttle.  They did a great tour.

Yes that is our first stop then in the evening we are going to Patmos

My experience as well. We chose them in order to add on the Terrace Houses.

In Corfu, we did the hop on-hop off bus and explored on our own. Went to the point that overlooks Mouse Island first, really nice views there. Next, head to Old Town. There’s a cool old fort area just outside of the old town center which took us over an hour to explore. Across the street, lots of nice shops and people watching in town. We had lunch at Rex restaurant, which was very good. The Voreia beer is nice, be sure to save room for baklava for dessert; it’s ridiculous.
