APEX access to Raw on 5

Going on the Norweigian Fjords cruise June 19.

I believe that the Raw on 5 may sometimes be held on the Magic Carpet.

I looked at the menu, especially cocktails, and was wondering if a guest can go to Raw on 5 for cocktails only? Or a small appetizer to eat with cocktails?

Yes🤗 We did it in March. Went at about 6PM for oysters and champagne before we went to the steak house for dinner. (Not sure about only cocktails, though…) I guess it may be allowed only if they weren’t fully booked for dinner. We asked/reserved the day before.

We did on the Equinox last August (no Magic Carpet) and as the menu is ala cart you can just order an appetizer or sushi any time it is open with drinks. We did this for lunch one day and as late afternoon snack. It was open for lunch on sea days and open after 3pm on port days. BTW it was excellent and priced reasonably.

You mean they serve the raw on 5 food on the Magic Carpet?

My sister was on the Edge last year and she said a couple of times the magic carpet was brought down to deck 5 to use with Raw on 5. It becomes an extension of Raw on 5.

We were on the Edge a few months ago on the 1st leg the Magic Carpet did not move to 5 but on the 2nd leg it moved down to Deck 5 3 nights.  No notice of when it will move.
