And lastly, when bringing alcohol onboard, is that only wine or champagne?

Use OBC  for pretty much anything you put on your account  exceptions are future cruise  deposits AFAIK

 

You can bring spirits/beer  for use in your cabin 

wine  you can take to a dining venue & will be charged a corkage fee (unless you are a VIP)  😉
