Cancelling Specialty Dining

If I reserve specialty dining before my cruise and pay for it with onboard credits and then later decide to cancel the specialty dining reservation, will my onboard credits go back to my account? I assume the answer to this is yes and was trying to call Celebrity but I was on hold for 45 minutes and surrendered. TIA

Yes if you cancel the OBC goes back for you to spend.
