Questions for a Canadian Traveller

Hello,  my husband and I will be taking our first cruise with P & O on the Iona next January.  Can someone guides us with a reasonable transfer from Heathrow to Southampton.  We will be doing a back to back and therefore will be travelling with more luggage than is allowed on the bus.  I realize the rules may change with respect to the Covid testing by January but can someone recommend where I can get testing done in Southampton.

With National Express buses you can pay for extra luggage but max is 20kg per bag.
