Sunchaser46 Posted May 5, 2022 #1 Share Posted May 5, 2022 Looking at my invoice for my upcoming Celebrity cruise and wondering if anyone can tell me what “YWF2-PROMO2C” and “YWF3-BEVCLINGGRAT7” mean? Thanks!
canderson Posted May 5, 2022 #2 Share Posted May 5, 2022 You have, for a 7 night cruise, the classic beverage package, included gratuities, and basic internet (surf, not stream) service included.
canderson Posted May 5, 2022 #3 Share Posted May 5, 2022 Celebrity IT doesn't strive to make anything easy. For what it's worth, many have said they found one of these helpful. 1

Thank you, Melissa Looks like some 'double entry bookkeeping'! What were the 4 alphanumeric codes in front of your INTERNETCHG1 and INTERNETSAV1? If something like YVZ5/YVZ6 or YVX7/YVX8 or YVY8/YVY9, possible you've upgraded to streaming from surf.

Thank you, Melissa You will notice that CHG1 is a charge, and SAV1 is a credit for the same amount. It shows the internet purchased and the offset for the all included. There should be similar lines for gratuities and wifi.

Iguana girl Posted February 20, 2023 #12 Share Posted February 20, 2023 Can you please help me understand what each line means: Thank you very much. My biggest concern is that the beverage and Wi-Fi package are not included. I am a member of the blue chip club. Not sure how many points. jelayne Posted February 20, 2023 #13 Share Posted February 20, 2023 What I can decipher you booked thru the casino with beverage and wi-fi. The TDS are adding the basic wi-fi with a charge and then they process a credit to offset the charge. The TFs look to be adding the gratuities and then again crediting the charge. TS is the beverage package with gratuities. No idea what the last one is. It’s a bit easier to decipher if you can see the actual $charges and credits.
