Casino offers - No wonder we get confused

Keep - i do not believe YOU are removed once you book something; however, once all the rooms are booked under the offer ( by you and/or others) they are no longer available and get removed from the website.  I too booked one of the offers and until earlier this week, i could see continue availability on line ( Seeing the $200 pricing in my case).   As of today, the ones i was looking at ( carribean and Panama) are no longer showing.

Maybe there will be a new offer ..................

There definately is a capacity limit on these casino offers and it may vary by category on the same cruise.  Example, we recently booked a free cabin offer and at the same time had them upgrade us to a Neptune for a very attractive price.  A couple of days later I looked again at that sailing and while it still showed the Verandah cabin for free (basically $200), the Neptunes were now double what I paid!

Have a casino offer for several Alaska sailings out of Vancouver with a few out of Seattle.  The  Seattle offer I want on the list I was informed by my HAL TA was not supposed to be on the list  as well as others.  Still waiting over a week now to see if they will honor it, Princess would and wouldn’t be waiting.

Did you check your account online and see if the cruise is listed there for you?  It should show a $200 fare if you got the casino free cabin offer.

Now you've got me confused.  I have a cruise pending that was through a casino offer.  But I also got another casino offer via email that needs to be booked before June 30.  When I go into my online account, I don't see any of these offers. Thanks in advance.

The way I see the offers is by doing a trial booking, after logging in with my account of course.  Scroll through the bookings and you should see some $200 fares, those are the ones still open to you.

I receive emails plus scroll through as DAVEOKC does.  Just recently there was a 16 day 2023 TA on Zuiderdam,  $200pp for inside/OV/balcony.  Of course, I booked the balcony.    This is a great way to get to Europe to visit our DS and DIL who live and work in Munich.  Earlier this month we flew both ways, and it was not enjoyable, LOL.

If you do not see the offer when you log on to HAL's website, call the cruise consultant and ask if it is available.  I just booked a holiday cruise which did not appear on the website but the consultant was able to sell it to me.  Just and FYI.
