Seattle - Comfortable Plane Departure Time on Thursday

We will be disembarking Oceania Regatta (684 passengers) on a Thurs. We are not trying to rush to our flight but don’t want to be at the airport for unnecessary hours. What is a comfortable time to book a flight out of Seattle on a Thurs. after a cruise? Thanks.

As commonly recommended here, no flights before 11:30. Some, including us, are comfortable with 11am, if you are willing to carry off your bags and grab the first cab.

It depends. Are you TSA Pre and/or Clear and priority with your airline? Then 11 is doable. If you don't have any security clearances, I would do noon to make sure. Lines for checked bags at SEA for all airlines have been very long lately as we're getting back to pre COVID capacity.

Getting to SeaTac anytime during the summer is not the time for complacency.  Depending which Thursday your Oceania cruise arrives, there may also be the Carnival Spirit also disembarking (alternates between Wed & Thurs 8day/6day cruise).
