AI in Specialty Restaurants

This may have been answered multiple times but I can't find it. Does the included drinks on AI include drinks ordered in the specialty restaurants?

yes (same rules as far as the $ cap and overage charges, if appropriate).

Pay special attention to the max $$$ of your drink package because if you order a glass of wine or cocktail that's a dollar, you will receive a bill for the dollar plus 18%.  Many may not care but just a FYI.

I've found that if you just advise the Sommelier which package you have and that you want to stay in that price range they are good at making recommendations to your taste.

I think that's where we dropped the ball.  On our 2019 Solstice sailing, the sommelier recommended a $200ish bottle of wine right off the bat (lol).
