Casino At Sea booking

Looking for some input.  Just booked through the casino at sea and noticed “Admin Fee’s”.   Is this something that new ?  My last booking was In January and i wasn’t charged these fee’s.

The charges in question. First 2 guests are $140/each. And 3rd and 4th are $299/each.

Hopefully some can let me know if they have booked recently with the CAS and if they were charged.

Thanks

When booking through CAS there’s always been Admin fees……use to be a set fee of $200 per person but that went down to $20 a day per person

Admin fee is only for the first two guests…..Any additional prices you see on guests 3 or 4 would most likely be drink gratuities, port n taxes etc

Yes, there have always been admin fees.  As others have stated, usually $200.  My most recent cruise is 10 days, so it was still $200 for me this time.

My "bottom line" was a bit over $700, inclusive of taxes/port fees, as well as grats on the alcohol and dining packages.  I usually have a few CruiseNext certs so, using 2, that reduces the cost $500 (really net $250.)  Still, a great value for a 10 day cruise.

I just booked thru CAS 2 weeks ago and was not charged an admin charge.

Did you get a discounted cruise?

Or was it a 'comped' cruise with a $20 per person/per day listed for guests 1 & 2?

(This is the admin fee for a comped cruise)

Ahhh maybe that's the difference.  Mine was a discounted cruise.
