well may was a bad month . I have a complete shut down of my Kidneys and am Dialysis 3 days a week . My husband just got word his cancer has returned . I need to cancel the cruise we booked for nov11/22  been trying to contact celebrity to cancel . on hold yesterday 3 hours cannot get through . tried today but the recordind says office closed . wonder what time they open on a friday. Hope they do not give me a hard time for my deposit refund

I’m so sorry. Call first thing in the morning (like 7am). If you booked directly with Celebrity. Also try contacting them theu Facebook, that option seems to be answered fairly quickly

The phones are extra busy because of the new sale and everyone trying to reprice. Maybe leave it a couple of days if you can

best you can do is call and hold for an hour or 2. I just put my phone on speaker and go about my day. If you booked at a non refundable rate then you will get a FCC. It can be transferred to another person if you can't use it. If you booked through a TA you call them.. Good luck with this and with your health issues
