My husband just got word his cancer has returned . I need to cancel the cruise we booked for nov11/22 been trying to contact celebrity to cancel . on hold yesterday 3 hours cannot get through . tried today but the recordind says office closed . wonder what time they open on a friday. If you booked at a non refundable rate then you will get a FCC. It can be transferred to another person if you can't use it. If you booked through a TA you call them..
