Is there a bar on the upper level of the Explorer Lounge of the ships with planetariums?

There is no "bar" on the upper level of the Explorer's Lounge on ships with or without planetariums.  The waiters provide service upstairs from the bar downstairs.  The difference between the ships with planetariums is that the seating upstairs has been decreased substantially.

The Orion had a planetarium on the upper level of the Explorer Lounge. No bar up there. They could have possibly put one in the planetarium, but I’m sure the cost would have been astronomical.
