Cruisenewbie63 Posted June 14, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 14, 2022 Hello I’m new on here so please excuse me if I have asked in the incorrect forum area. But I believe regent seven seas are classed as resort casual. Trousers shirt or polo shirt at dinner , except pool area, But on a 16 night cruise encompassing Christmas and New Year would a tux be the norm in New Year’s Eve? And long gown for my wife? any other advise would be welcomed thank you
Pcardad Posted June 14, 2022 #2 Share Posted June 14, 2022 No difference in the DRESS CODE itself although more people will dress up.
Thundery Posted June 14, 2022 #3 Share Posted June 14, 2022 Many folks get dressed up for Christmas and New Years. But no one takes offence if you dont. Usually a personal choice. We like to dress up and do so
RetroRod Posted June 14, 2022 #4 Share Posted June 14, 2022 I found a video on YouTube that will give you some idea of the atmosphere during a holiday cruise. We booked a holiday cruise for Dec 2022 partly based on what we saw on this video.

I’d think dress code would be then same—-saying that nI’d think most people would dress up a little extra for the holidays. We will, but not tux—-but if you want you should. 1
