Wine Packages on B2B’s

Recommended Posts

If I buy a wine package on the first leg of a B2B and don’t use it all, what happens? Can I carry the remaining bottles over on the second leg? Do I have to collect the remaining bottles on the last night of the first leg and take them back to the cabin as if I was leaving the ship?
We’ve never done B2B’s before.

It will not be a problem.  When you order a wine package you only get one bottle at a time.  If some are left, let them know that you are staying on board and even if you haven't finished a bottle it will be there for you on the second leg.

We just did 6 B-Bs and had no problem at all.  The wine stewards are very good with keeping track of how many bottles you have used from your package(s) and carry them forward in a totally seamless fashion.

I’m intrigued.  You said wine stewards.  Are the wine stewards back on HAL?  that is great news if they are.  Thanks 🙂

Sort of.  It was a bit of a competition who would pour, the waiter or the wine steward.  Generally it was confusing, but the wine was on the table every night.  A new bottle was ordered from the wine guy. From what we saw around us, it varied.  HAL isn't all that consistent, seems to be trying out new methods.
