chris11256 Posted June 17, 2022 #1 Share Posted June 17, 2022 Has anyone had problems pre-booking speciality dining on Iona? We're sailing on G220 and wanted to pre-book the Epicurean. When we first got within the two week window it appeared as available, but when added to the basket changed to coming soon. Then a few days ago it and Sindhu are now enquire on board. I rang customer services for help and was told both are IT glitches - yet again! - and have been reported. They say to just check daily online. Shame as it just creates added stress when you’re just wanting to have a few things pre-booked, especially being a new ship for us. And we’ve late boarding time so can see the venues we want will already be booked by early embarks using the booking ‘app’. We've not got too late a boarding time, but had a similar time on our staycation cruise last year and by the time we got on everything was fully booked.
