It's all in Pier 88.  One place, crazy chaotic, embarkation.

 

(As opposed to earlier in 2022, where screening was in at the adjacent pier and you had to double-back to pier 88.  That two-building process is no longer).

You should be able to just book your ride to the port itself and have them drop you at whatever pier the ship is docked at. I really don't think you need a pier number in advance.
