Tradewinds Duty Free Customer Service

Please anyone who has had luck reaching Tradewinds Duty Free or NCL Retail or whomever!  I’ve looked everywhere and can’t figure out how to get a hold of Tradewinds or NCL retail. I bought an expensive watch and they never registered it. Contacted Tag Heuer and they say NCL is an Authorized Dealer but they don’t even recognize my watch because Tradewinds didn’t register it!

"Tradewinds" are independent contractors and not NCL. To complicate things, NCL has a few different contracts, so different ships have different companies running the concessions.
