How much is MSC's travel insurance?

Just curious.  We went on over 30 cruises with no insurance at all.   Lately we've been buying through insuremytrip.  However, I wonder what kind of coverage MSC provides and what the cost is.

The MSC policy cost varies with the cost of your trip and your age.

Thanks.  I know other cruiselines take into account only the cost of the trip and not age.....hence why some people as they get older go that route.
