phissy Posted July 14, 2022 #2 Share Posted July 14, 2022 Not that strict. I would just line up when you get to terminal. Ask MSC staff for assistance when you get there. Enjoy your cruise.

KINGBOBOFTHENORTH Posted July 15, 2022 #5 Share Posted July 15, 2022 The purpose of the embarkation times is to spread-out arrivals so the terminal isn't as crowded. It's something MSC added post-covid. As a practical matter, only people who drive their own cars to the terminal can control when they get there. If you fly, you land and get your baggage and then take whatever transportation has been arranged or is available and you get there when you get there. In Kiel, Germany we arrived via train and then took the MSC bus. In Miami and Dubai, we arrived by air and then took taxis to the port. We got there when we got there. As I mentioned above, no one will ask to see you embarkation time so don't be pointing out to anyone that you're early. Just get the assistance you need and they'll lead you to the queues. If MSC is still requiring a health questionnaire, they will ask to see those. 1
