I hope I ca post this;
Has anyone on an upcoming or previous  Prestige Cruise received an email last Saturday and or today?
If previous on a Prestige cruise please let me know.

I believe I have received a fraud email today, called Casino number and person(s) spoken with doesn’t seem legit either.
Last weeks email looked legit, maybe was not?
Does anyone know if Prestige offers  provide complimentary car service?

Thanks, Sandipalms

I received my email July 7th with a response date by July 13th.  This is my first Prestige cruise but I have read that car service is one of the perks.

They did say they would call the number I provided to set it up.  What is your concern with the most recent email?  BTW I checked and nothing further from them yet.

My email did state it was from the Crown Princess Casino Team so I assume all correspondence would be through them and not the usual casino phone number.

Sprocket,  I received another unprofessional looking email this am from

Luisa Visan.  Heading reads; Prestige Cruise-Ship Princess and date.  It’s asking for same details and flight info.  The first email that said would call for car service looked like the flyer received for the cruise.Princess poker chip with seawitch etc.

when I called the Casino number, person accidentally said another company name the. Switched to Princess, no Casino-weird, the conversation was weird.
when I called 800 Princess, asked for an email to send kudos, she gave me customer solutions@princesscruises.com, sent, came back as fraud alert, also sent to Customerrelations@princesscruises.com.  Weird day.

Hope we are on same cruise.

yes, trying to be careful.

The car service needs your information as they will track your flight (done this many times in Vegas) especially important now with all the delays and cancellations.  My email did not have a contact number which  number are you calling?

I have 4 upcoming cruises and the Prestige is the only one that does not show up in my upcoming cruises on the website not sure if that is something I need to worry about but I’ll call them about it soon.

Yes, I would worry about it.

Why don’t you call Princess and ask them about this?  Give them your booking no and they can tell you

if anything is booked.  Is it a casino booking?  Then you should be able to call the casino number at Princess and see if it’s real.
Don’t call the numbers they give you.

I know it’s booked properly as I called the casino directly to book the cruise through the number I have stored in my phone.  It’s on the website, on the Personalizer , it’s on the app and it’s my 13th cruise with Princess so I know how to book lol.

Did both your emails come from this email address?   prestigeplayers@princesscruises.com

Try contacting your host through there if you have questions.

Please be careful with unsolicited emails, people. Names of personnel are easy to find and leverage and it can be really easy to dismiss red flags when you have a great offer in front of you. Always call the provider (Princess in this case) using a known, public number or use the Princess instant messaging app before responding. Never use the numbers provided on the unsolicited email and do not give them credit card or personal details until you have verified everything with Princess. If it doesn’t add up, report it to ic3.gov, even if you did not get taken.

The emails are an expected part of booking the Prestige cruise.  There are additional perks associated with this cruise and we are given our choice of options.  Most of my casino offers arrive by both email and snail mail and I am not the least bit worried about this or any other booking I have with them.  Offers can only be booked through the Casino Department and like I said I only contact them through the number stored in my phone.
