  1. I send a PM through Instagram hear back in a day or two.
  2. Use the web version if you are having issues with the app. We have 4 cruises between June and December and ordered all ours that way. The app shows we are Green Lane for all. Medallions are NOT shipped until about 2 weeks before your cruise and they will send you an email when they do with a tracking number. Canadians cannot track them but I usually receive mine within 4-6 days of receiving the email. The batteries don't have a long shelf life and they will need to be replaced if sent too soon. And trust me that creates its own issues.
  3. I arrived early last year and it took about 45 minutes. 2 ships in port that day and others that came around 11 took over 3 hours to get through. One line for both ships to clear customs to say people were not happy was an understatement so be prepared.
  4. Booked 4 cruises since the event. $150 OBC added to all, only one had to have PP added done at time of booking. Just heard from my host and they will be contacting us for travel details the month prior to departure for transportation etc. We will be reevaluated next year to see if we qualify. Thrilled I made it this year at least!
  5. Winnings can be accessed at any time through the cashier in the casino. My point is when you charge to the room Princess puts a hold for those amounts on the credit card every day you do that, And my CC adjusts my available limit downward until the final charge clears. Just wanted to clarify as there is a lot of posts about unexpected charges to credit cards when in fact they are pending charges.
  6. If you charge to your card Princess puts daily holds on your account. At the end of your cruise there will be one charge but my holds can take at least a week to 10 days minimum to drop off which affects my available balance.
  7. I had no problem booking a private table for my upcoming cruise.
  8. I think it’s probably a default location, for at least 2 of my cruises my muster station should be at Club Fusion and it shows Crooners.
  9. We have a routine lol. We always stop at Good Spirits as soon as we board then go to the Muster station and then to our cabin to watch the video and unpack. The old app it was very easy to find the location, not sure where it is on the new one but if its there I'll find it before our next cruise.
  10. Are they MIA lol all I see is a black box.
  11. Use the website I’ve had to make some of mine that way.
  12. One of the best travel items I ever bought is a luggage scale. I don't go anywhere without it!
  13. Thanks for clarifying that both awesome locations and cabins on the Majestic, unfortunately or fortunately a mini suite is the highest category I can book. Although on a recent cruise on the Discovery I was offered and accepted an offer to move to an aft facing Deluxe balcony loved it back there.
  14. I have stayed in E731 on the Crown a couple times and that is always my first choice of cabin on that ship. No noise on starboard side E728 is above the lounge so it would be my second choice. On the Crown Emerald deck is covered but Dolphin is not, you’ll have to check the deck plan or look for photos of the aft for the Majestic.
  15. We are doing a cruise tour in June and will each be taking a bag and from the website the backpack can not be more than 17” high. No carryon luggage from my understanding. No way we can do 10 days in a bag that size.
  16. Yes they are, I never miss the welcome party I enjoy meeting the hosts if it’s a new ship for me. You should receive an events schedule in your cabin outlining the drawings etc. Treats to the cabin and a gift at the end. Our next Hearts cruise is in December casino will be busy but they are a lot of fun. Drinks can be hit and miss I try to remember to stop at a bar first and also grab a bottle of water.
  17. I have many cruises on Princess and have never seen that number or had the option of multiple cruise lines. The number I have always used is 1 888 772-6697 and that takes you to Princess Casino bookings only. Curious with that number are you able to book on Holland America?
  18. Just remembered I had the same issue but I was on the Discovery I think it was and that was in February. I tried everything and it immediately booted me out but oddly once I was home it worked great. And it was only the Princess website I had the issue with.
  19. Clear your cookies if you haven’t already and try logging in with your booking number.
  20. When I set up my account IIRC I completely bypassed the page where they asked for my personal information. It really is a simple process and I have received the credit now for 3 cruises within hours. Just like before I blacked out any personal information on the share certificate but with this I took a photo of it and submitted the proof that way.
  21. I tried on a weekend to enter my flight info and wasn’t able to. Was going to call on the Monday but decided to try once more and it went through immediately. We change planes in Seattle so that was the airline and flight number that worked.
  22. Be sure to cash out at the cashier’s cage before it closes when your cruise is ending. Once it closes that day/evening you will not be able to and depending on amount will have to wait for a check. $2.50 = 1 point on slots. $5 = 1 point on video poker machines Unlike some cruise lines there is no fee to charge to your room and it is easy to keep track of your folio on the app. If you wish to pay down your balance it’s easy to do so at Guest Services. As mentioned above when you sign out wait for the machine to log you out completely. Saw first hand how someone’s money ended up in another player’s account. Fortunately it was her husband’s but it took considerable time to sort out.
  23. If you’re on the Sapphire June 29th I would plan to board by 6:30 PM at the latest. We are doing the cruise tour and our train is supposed to arrive at 7. No idea how many are actually booked but I wouldn’t want to be behind a train load of passengers going through the boarding process.
  24. Ordered them all the time on the Discovery and the Crown, IIRC was only ever charged for one shot. Most mornings I had a vanilla bean latte and added the shooter, great way to start the day.
  25. Upon boarding the first stop is always Good Spirits for a Bud and Clamato, plus a little little snack from the IC to tide us over until dinner. Always enjoy catching up with those bartenders I know from previous cruises. From there we go straight to our Muster station scan in and then head to our cabin to watch the video, unpack and enjoy sail away from our balcony. We also get to meet and have a quick chat with our Steward and apologize in advance because we usually sleep in while cruising.
