We were off to horrible start no thank to Air Canada, but saved by American Airlines.  That being said, the cruise was perfect. Mask were not required, and honestly non-existent , save 2 or 3. Staff were all masked, so nice and helpful,  above and beyond, but never annoying. A lucky rain free the entire week with some "in pool days" for the brave. Temperature range 57-70. Ship very clean, food and menu's above average. Basic beverage package seemed watered down, premium drinks good and strong, but the premium coffee's were our preference.  Internet was below poor, almost non-existent. Ports had good very reception. Our  check in time was at 11:00, and was seamlessly easy. Never a line anywhere. Took UberXL from airport to Hotel $90 for premium time. Walked our luggage on and off. Walked off at 7:15. Taxi to airport  $30. Recommend doing everything as early as possible.Through security and to the flight gate by 8:45. Highlight of the week was the helicopter to glacier and dog sled. There was no low point to mention.

Glad you had an enjoyable time.  You were fortunate with the weather as when we were in Juneau, it was windy and rainy.  As for internet, many comments were of the type "I am glad I did not pay for this".  There was an investment seminar aboard which was held in the Sky Lounge.    The connection was spotty and I felt bad for the presenters.

My husband loved this tour in 2009 and plan to repeat next year.
